Aloxxi — New Models for Teamwork

Although it had been around for a long time as part of the Nexxus brand, Aloxxi has only been an independent company since 2012, with current leadership making a calculated shift away from the more traditional Nexxus look into it’s own cutting-edge aesthetic. Before the pandemic hit, Aloxxi’s creative director was looking to expand the creative team by hiring new junior staff members, but physical space and budget to build that strong and facile team was limited.

Open to new ideas for partnership, we worked with Aloxxi to craft a teamwork model that allowed us to embed ourselves seamlessly into their creative department. This new model saved Aloxxi the expense (training time and resources) of taking on a new junior hire and gave them the full benefit of an experienced design team. This new partnership with Post Atelier allowed Aloxxi to make quick work of a backlog of projects and led to a boon of creative excellence.
